I know what it’s like to be inside a system that works—until it doesn’t.

My work is shaped by lived experience navigating a high-control environment and watching what happens after people leave. The decision to step away is often just the beginning. What follows is disorientation, identity confusion, and a quiet question many people struggle to answer: Now what?

I’ve seen how difficult transitions can be when there’s no structure to help make sense of what’s changed. I’ve also seen what happens when people rush forward without clarity—making reactive moves that don’t actually fit who they’re becoming. My work sits right in that space: helping people slow down just enough to make intentional, grounded decisions that move them forward.

I’m currently completing doctoral training in Organizational & Consulting Psychology, and my background spans education, advising, and applied consulting. For years, I’ve worked closely with individuals navigating role transitions—students making early career decisions, adults redefining themselves after major life shifts, and people trying to orient themselves when familiar identities no longer fit.

Across all of this work, one pattern stands out: people don’t need more insight alone—they need clarity they can act on.

I’m known for bringing perspective, challenge, and momentum in a way that feels energizing rather than overwhelming. I help clients see the system they’re inside, understand their patterns within it, and make the next right move—not the fastest one, not the loudest one, but the one that actually aligns.

This work is not therapy, and it doesn’t try to replace it. Many clients work with a therapist alongside this consulting. My role is different: I help people think clearly, regain decision authority, and translate insight into action during periods of transition.
